Rexchip has invested enormously in equipment and installed systems for waste minimization, reuse and recycling. We installed a Perfluorocarbons (PFCs) abatement system to reduce CO2 emissions by 170,000 metric tonsresource and 20% of power and raw materials usage per wafer in 2008. The waste disposal, reuse and recycling rate also reached 97%. |
